I saw this on a recipe sharing page I'm part of. Got my husband to pick up the ingredients straight away. I love it, it's delicious. Even better still the coconut oil is anti bacterial and anti fungal and the cinnamon is blood sugar lowering.
- 1 cup of virgin coconut oil
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup raw honey (add gradually to taste)
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- Place all ingredients in the blender and put on high speed for about 1 minute.
