Spiced honey coconut spread

I saw this on a recipe sharing page I'm part of. Got my husband to pick up the ingredients straight away. I love it, it's delicious. Even better still the coconut oil is anti bacterial and anti fungal and the cinnamon is blood sugar lowering.


  • 1 cup of virgin coconut oil
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup raw honey (add gradually to taste)
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp allspice
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt


  • Place all ingredients in the blender and put on high speed for about 1 minute.
