What we offer
Mama Hub is a space where parents come to seek advice on wellbeing and healthy living. We show you how to prepare simple, delicious food and make natural lifestyle choices that are good for your body, health, and vitality.
Through our network of Amsterdam-based qualified nutritionists, lactation consultants, doulas, reflexologists, and other wellbeing experts, we offer:
Eating the right foods can change your life. It can help prevent chronic illnesses in your children, improve allergies, weight problems, skin disorders, blood sugar imbalances, mood, digestive disorders, IBS, fertility issues, and many more.
We offer personalised nutrition & lifestyle planning, cooking classes, general health coaching, teach you to understand food labels and ingredients, and the basic principles of nutrition and healthy eating.
Acupuncture has existed for around 4000-5000 years and first originated as a medical practice in China. The underlying basis of the practice of acupuncture is a thorough observation of the human condition, the origin of diseases and their gradual progress and the context in which they develop.
Acupuncture will strengthen the natural defense systems against pathogens and your individual strength will be called upon and developed. The treatment restores your balance and is specifically adapted to you.
We believe that every woman has within her the wisdom to know the best way to birth her baby. It is our joy to support women and their families on this journey.
Being a doula means being strong and being gentle, being a voice and being quiet, and always, always, being full of love. We ensure that the mother remains always at the centre of her birth experience, informed, empowered, and with her heart open to the vast beauty and potential that awaits her.
Detoxification is the process of removing toxins from the body. The process involves different elements such as dietary changes, herbal supplements, and vitamin supplements. A detox will cleanse your body, boost your energy levels, improve your immunity, and generally help you feel great.
Our multi-day detox programmes focus on gently rejuvenating and revitalising your body. They include detailed plans, recipes, daily emails and tips, and ongoing email support.
We are highly trained in prenatal chiropractic care. During pregnancy, there are several physiological and endocrinological changes that occur in preparation for creating the environment for the developing baby.
Potential benefits of chiropractic care during pregnancy include preventing a potential cesarean delivery through establishing pelvic balance and alignment, controlling symptoms of nausea, reducing the time of labor and delivery, and relieving back, neck or joint pain.

Reflexology, Shiatsu & Watsu
When you are pregnant, or desire to to get pregnant, it is essential to keep your body and mind in balance. Gentle foot reflexology, shiatsu massage, and watsu water massage can help you find some peace.
These gentle treatments help alleviate common pregnancy symptoms like stress, heartburn, back/muscle/pelvic pain, fatigue, constipation, and swollen legs. Reflexology can also be used to treat hormonal imbalances and induce birth when you are over the due date.
When the common advice and protocols do not lead to confident and effective breastfeeding it is worth investing in extra help. Small ‘technical’ changes or a new way to look at your babies' needs can make all the difference.
We specialise in helping babies with tongue tie to latch on, and also offer help with painful breastfeeding, too little or too much milk, finding a day/night rhythm, feeding after breast operations, indrawn/flat nipples, and very small/premature/challenged (e.g. cleft) babies.
Ensure that your employees stay healthy and perform at their best - by providing them with better knowledge on how to choose nutritious meals & snacks for improved well-being, energy, and mental clarity.
We offer talks and presentations to staff on healthy eating, ideas for healthy lunch in your canteen and energy-boosting office snacks, and individual health & nutrition consultations at your office as an employee benefit.
